上海腾拔质构仪助力汕头大学和华南农业大学在国际水产领域期刊发表研究论文

    近日，汕头大学和华南农业大学研究人员合作在水产领域国际期刊《Aquaculture Reports》(IF=3.385)发表了题为"Sexual dimorphism in the texture properties of swim bladder of Nibea coibor and its molecular basis revealed by comparative transcriptome analysis"的研究论文。在该论文中，研究人员使用上海腾拔Universal TA研究型质构仪测定了浅色黄姑鱼的硬度、弹性、咀嚼性、内聚性和剪切力等指标。
