1 会议介绍：

      这次会议将重点介绍食品结构和组织结构的研究成果。两个分论坛将*专注于检查乳制品结构对消化性和胃肠道营养的影响。会议将汇集食品工程、食品科学、食品技术和营养方面的专家。本次会议由爱思唯尔出版集团组织，食品结构与功能论坛以及乳业联合会（IDF）支持协办。乳业联合会由乳品链所有利益攸关方的科学和技术专家组成，是*一个在范围内代表整个乳品价值链的组织，成员国覆盖了75%以上的牛奶生产和85%的乳制品贸易。
